The 2008 - 2009 college basketball season begins tonight. I don't think I am quite ready but the Buffs tonight welcome Arkansas-Pine Bluff from the Southwestern Athletic Conference. The Buffs will field a team this year that only has two upperclassmen. Hopefully the Buffs can get off to a good start. Here is a preview for Arkansas-Pine Bluff. UAPB is a very young team just like the Buffs. The Golden Lions only return one player from last year that averaged over 4 points a game so both teams will be trying to find scoring. Last year, UAPB finished 13-18 overall, 8-10 in the SWAC.
