Aussie Big Man to CU

The Kennel Report has learned that 2009 recruit Shane Harris-Tunks will be committing to CU in the near future.  The big man from Australia will be joining Nate Tomlinson as a Buff.

Harris-Tunks visited Gonzaga during their midnight madness but was never offered as a scholarship.  He was pursued by the Zags and WSU for some time but apparently will be landing at CU.

Hopefully our source is correct and we think it is.  Harris-Tunks should be a pretty solid get for Colorado.

No, not too much info on him in this country

Just some old articles… hopefully someone will have something on him. I know Andy Katz liked him quite a bit.

Let's clear one thing up...

I love how the Daily Camera says he chose the Buffs over Gonzaga and others. He never received an offer from Gonzaga or Texas. WSU might have but I’m not sure.

He’s good…but didn’t really impress in the Pacific Northwest

Yes indeed

We need all the help we can get, and he can also teach the team how to fight crocs and swim with the sharks on the great barrier reef

pretty common...

practice accross the country…players and media claiming so and so picked x over y and z when the player may have never even received an offer or the offer was taken off the table.
